Advances in the treatment of TBI and stroke

On behalf of the Austrian Society for Neurological and Neurosurgical Critical Care and the Austrian Society for Neurorehabilitation the 26th International Mondsee Medical Meeting (IMMM) was taking place in the historic city of Salzburg. More than 250 participants from all over the world attended this meeting.

The scientific program was divided into three sessions covering topics about traumatic brain injury, neurocritical care, stroke, and neurorehabilitation. Furthermore clinical case reports strengthened the meeting’s focus on new neuroprotective and neurorestorative strategies and their potential place in clinical practice.
